How it works
- Each occupation is broken into its detailed work activities (O*NET DWAs), each scored on five AI capability dimensions and damped by human-judgment and error-tolerance requirements — the technical ceiling.
- Your company profile (size, AI maturity, industry) sets deployment factors that discount the ceiling to what's practically reachable today.
- Your fully-loaded costs turn automatable hours into an annual value pool — sanity-capped at 15% of revenue and always reported with a confidence band.
- Functions are classified into quick wins, transformations, strategic bets, and foundations — ranked.
