How it works

Your workforce, public occupation data, nothing hidden.

Estimate your exposure
01

Describe your workforce

Employee groups, headcounts, and what each group costs. Your numbers, not ours.

02

Deterministic search across 5,401 US, EU, and Canadian occupations. You pick; no AI guessing.

03

See exposure & value

Task-level automation ceilings and deployment-adjusted value pools. Always shown as ranges.

04

Get a ranked roadmap

Quick wins and strategic bets by business function. Confidence attached to every number.

Under the hood: sources and method
  1. Each occupation is broken into its detailed work activities (O*NET DWAs). Each activity is scored on five AI capability dimensions, then damped by human-judgment and error-tolerance requirements. That is the technical ceiling.
  2. Your company profile (size, AI maturity, industry) sets deployment factors that discount the ceiling to what's practically reachable today.
  3. Your fully-loaded costs turn automatable hours into an annual value pool. It is sanity-capped at 15% of revenue and always reported with a confidence band.
  4. Functions are classified into quick wins, transformations, strategic bets, and foundations. Then ranked.

Model baseline-v3 (weights-v2, factors-v1). Built on O*NET 30.3 (CC BY 4.0), ESCO 1.2.1 (CC BY 4.0), and Statistics Canada NOC 2021. Estimates are directional, not guarantees.
